At Myoujyaku, a diverse group of staff work with sincerity in cooking and in their jobs.
Regardless of experience, we look for people who can think on their own the best way to achieve the goals and work hard for it. Education or past experiences are not necessary and will not be questioned.
We will instruct both inexperienced and experienced people from scratch. We ask people to attain and understand the way of working at Myoujyaku. Experienced people will be assigned work that will best utilize their past experiences.
The work of a Japanese chef is important both in the long-term sense and the global sense. We look forward to interviewing and hearing the visions of applicants.
